We are delighted to offer free Standard UK delivery on all our orders. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then do our best to process and dispatch your order within the next 1-2 business days (we do apologise if on a rare occasion it takes slightly longer), and will send you another email confirming the shipment. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service to ship our UK orders, so you can track your parcel along the way, using the tracking number provided, and can expect delivery within the next 2-3 business days (excluding bank holidays).



You.NG London garments are made with love and are carefully checked before despatch, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges within the UK. You can also return your product for store credit. Please note, that all items must be returned in their original state, undamaged, unwashed and returned in their original packaging.

Simply email us at within 14 calendar days of receipt to request a size exchange, store credit or refund. We will email you the Royal Mail return label along with a QR code and return address and instructions. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item. You will have the option of either printing the label yourself, or taking the package to a local Royal Mail customer service point and having it printed there by showing the QR code on your mobile.

Please ensure that the package is securely sealed, any old labels removed or covered, and the return label is securely attached to the box. We strongly recommend you obtaining a proof of postage notification from Royal Mail when posting a return.

 Once the returned package reaches us, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. For exchanged items, we will aim to despatch your requested size within the same timeframe as your original order. For refunds, please allow 5-7 working days for it to be processed. We will refund you on your original payment method.



We ship to Europe and the rest of the world, using a variety of couriers depending on the country of destination.

  • EUROPEAN ORDERS (including both EU and non-EU countries) will be charged a flat delivery fee of £10. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from despatch.
  • REST OF WORLD orders will incur a flat shipping charge of £20, with the estimated delivery time of 6-10 business days from the day of despatch.

We will send you an email confirming the despatch and including the tracking details, so that you can always check the status of your order. Unfortunately, some factors such as customs-, or pandemic-related delays are outside of our control. We do apologise for any inconvenience if your order is affected.

Please bear in mind, that your order may be subject to custom duties and taxes, which are not included in our invoice. This may include the EU countries due to Brexit. You.NG London is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, please make sure to check what you might be asked to pay before placing an order.



Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to offer free returns on orders delivered outside of the UK. We are however, more than happy to answer any questions you may have about the item you’re interested in, such as its size and fit. Simply email your questions to us at before placing an order.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 calendar days from receipt of your order. We will email you the return address and instructions. We ask you to select a tracked shipping service and keep your proof of postage receipt until the order is delivered back to us. We will send you a confirmation email once we receive the return, and will issue a refund to the original payment method within the next 7-10 business days.

Please note, that all items must be returned in their original state, undamaged, unwashed and if possible, returned in their original packaging with the package securely sealed, any old labels removed, and the shipping label securely attached and clearly visible. We are not responsible for any duty and VAT fees that may incur on returned items. To avoid this, please write ‘Returned goods – no commercial value’ clearly on the package.
